Flyer for Registration of Prospective Fertilizer Recipients at Delivery Points

PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) has announced that the registration period for Recipients of Fertilizer at Delivery Points (PPTS) for the 2026 subsidized fertilizer distribution year will be open from October 13 to October 25, 2025. Registration can be done online through a digital system application and is open to the public. This marks the first time in 2025 that registration for prospective PPTS recipients will be conducted using this digital mechanism, following the digitalization of the recipient process to make it easier for prospective PPTS participants to join.

The digital system application serves as an electronic channel for the registration of prospective Recipients of Fertilizer at Delivery Points (PPTS) for subsidized fertilizers. Prospective PPTS recipients who wish to register can access the website at ppts.pupuk-indonesia.com and prepare all the required documents as stipulated.

The implementation of the digital system for selecting PPTS recipients adheres to the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, competitiveness, fairness, and propriety, aiming to minimize intervention in the registration, evaluation, and appointment or determination process of PPTS recipients. Online registration also signifies a transparent business process, enhancing the speed of registration, evaluation, and selection of PPTS recipients, as well as improving data integration.

The requirements to become a Recipient of Fertilizer at Delivery Points (PPTS) for subsidized fertilizers are outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture (Permentan) No. 15 of 2025 on the Governance of Subsidized Fertilizers for the Agricultural Sector. PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) has established several requirements for becoming a PPTS recipient, including:

1. Submitting an application letter to become a PPTS recipient.

2. Submitting a Statement of Commitment to serve as a Distributor of Subsidized Fertilizers.

3. Possessing a valid Business Entity Legalization Deed.

4. Having a Business Identification Number (NIB) with KBLI 47763 (Retail Trade of Fertilizers and Pesticides).

5. Possessing a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).

6. Submitting bank statements for the last three months.

7. Owning and/or controlling a warehouse within the proposed working area with a minimum storage capacity of 5 tons.

8. Having sufficient capital in accordance with PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)’s regulations.

These requirements are established to ensure that PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) can select PPTS candidates with strong capabilities in distributing subsidized fertilizers in line with Presidential Regulation No. 6 of 2025 and Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2025.

Subsequently, the selected PPTS recipients will be appointed and will sign a Fertilizer Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPJB) to distribute subsidized fertilizers within the designated working areas throughout the 2026 distribution period.
