Pupuk Indonesia’s Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, Tina T. Kemala Intan, revealed that the booth of Pupuk Indonesia’s assisted MSMEs received a direct visit and appreciation from the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, during the opening session. This appreciation, she added, has motivated Pupuk Indonesia and its assisted partners to become even more optimistic about competing in the global market.

“To compete in the global market certainly requires extensive preparation. Pupuk Indonesia continues to provide assistance, both in terms of capital support and competency development, so that our assisted partners are ready to expand their reach into the international market,” said Tina.

She explained that the participation of assisted MSMEs in Inacraft 2026 represents Pupuk Indonesia’s commitment to introducing its partners to the global market. Inacraft itself is the largest handicraft exhibition in Southeast Asia, serving as a platform for artisans, particularly in the handicraft and fashion sectors, to promote their products globally.

The exhibition was attended by 20 MSMEs under the guidance of Pupuk Indonesia Group. Among them were 10 partners directly fostered by the Pupuk Indonesia Group Employees’ Wives Association (PIKA), namely PikaCraft, Blose Batik Salma, Qta Craft, Loji Craft, Etsy Beads, Mukena, Saseti, Selawase, Kain dan Sarung, and PIKA PKC.

Other MSMEs are fostered by Pupuk Indonesia’s holding members, including Batik Bangsawan, OG Jewelry, and Deweluxe, all assisted by Petrokimia Gresik. In addition, Agisa Kitri – Bordir Tasikmalaya is assisted by Pupuk Kujang Cikampek.

Further participants include De’Alya Kreatif Ecoprint and Lilis Batik Samarinda, assisted by Pupuk Kalimantan Timur; Putroena Souvenir and Tgk. Wasly Peci/Songkok, assisted by Pupuk Iskandar Muda; and finally, Indah Songket & Souvenir and Songket Harapan Baru, assisted by Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.

“Our assisted partners produce a wide range of high-quality handicraft products, including bags, accessories, shoes, fashion items, songket, batik, eco-print textiles, and other products. Some of the showcased products also carry the concept of wastra, or Indonesia’s traditional textile heritage,” Tina said.

In closing, she emphasized that as a state-owned enterprise, Pupuk Indonesia gives strong attention to helping Indonesian MSMEs go global, considering that MSMEs are a vital part of the national economy.

“We will continue striving to enhance Pupuk Indonesia’s MSME development programs so they provide motivation for MSME players to become more innovative and competitive in the international market. The visit from Vice President Gibran certainly serves as motivation for Pupuk Indonesia to contribute even more to the growth of Indonesian MSMEs,” Tina concluded.
